About Madrasa Kanzul Uloom

This Madrasah is very famous in the Western U.P. which is busy carrying out Islamic, dawah and reformative works as well as to teach the Holy Quran and Hadith since 34 years.
It is situated in Tadoli which is a long year established population area. There is a story goes on saying about this place that at a time there was a lot of disasters and calamities in this village, and thus it was ruined completely, no remains were left. Then a time came again, and this village came into existence at a short distance away from the old one. But it had no Islamic institute, so the people of good nature and Ulama were worried very much in this regard.
Therefore, Shah Abul Mali Anbethvi wished to establish a Madarsah in the place named Khera wherein Islamic teachings could be carried out. And he used to do dua to Allah Almighty for it.
But unfortunately, his dream could not come true in his life. And in 1947, Hazrat Maulana Zahid Hasan (Peace be upon him), the president of Jamiat Ulama Saharanpur, had stressed upon the importance of establishing a Madarsa in nearby places and made us to focus towards this. This way, this Madrasah, the long cherished one of Shah Abulmali, was founded.
In the beginning, it had lacked many necessary things, but with the passage of time, the situation got better and 17 Zi-Qada,1402, corresponding to 1982, was fortune enough for us. The foundation stone was laid by Hakim Abdur Rashied Mahmood (Nanho Mian), the niece of Imam Rabbani Hazrat Maulana Rashid Ahmad Gangohi, (peace be upon him) and on this occasion, many respected personalities were present too. Action upon the advice of these personalities, the Madarsah was named "Kanzul Uloom".
